Welcome to the Western North Carolina Human Resources Association Blog (test site)!

This will be an unmoderated forum for WNCHRA members, HR students, and guests to share ideas, obtain feedback, and list volunteer/intern opportunities in the field of human resources in Western NC.

We are the premier association for human resource professionals in Western North Carolina with over 134 members representing more than 75 employers. Our Chapter began as a grassroots association and evolved as a non-profit professional organization that joined SHRM in 1999.
